Angela is a retired Senior NICU Nurse who happened to see a TV programme about maternal mortality in Chad and decided to see what she could do to help. She became co-founder Life for African Mothers and is now facilitating the donations of lifesaving medications to several countries in SubSaharan countries and visits by UK midwives to assist with skills sharing workshops.
One Million Steps:Building a Healthier World For Giving© is an affordable virtual challenge and fundraising system for businesses and non-profits of all sizes. The challenge calls on participants to complete 500 miles (10,000 steps x 100day) as a celebration of movement and wellbeing whilst encouraging mindfulness, strength and conditioning.
